Husum Highlands Bed & Breakfast is an ideal site for your outdoor, country wedding and reception, as well as for other events such as meetings, retreats, and reunions. We offer privacy, serenity, and a beautiful view, 20 minutes from White Salmon, Washington; Hood River, Oregon; and Interstate 84; and a scenic 90-minute drive from Portland
Our back garden, with its spectacular view of Mt. Hood and the White Salmon Valley, is a lovely spot for aceremony and reception and can accommodate up to 200 guests.
This area is bordered on one side by an old country gate leading to our herb and vegetable garden. The pasture and meadow of lavender and sunflowers bloom in summer and are directly behind the gazebo. Rustic steps and grass walkways lead from the garden gazebo and reception site to the wedding ceremony site.
Husum Highlands can accommodate:
 Outdoor weddings and events of up to 200 people
Indoor weddings and events of up to 30 people
Indoor dinners of up to 12 people (on-site catering available)
Dessert Buffet for up to 30 people
High Tea for parties of 4-10
Up to 10 overnight guests
Wedding packages range from $1,700 to $4,600 and are negotiable to fit your needs. Please contact us to inquire about available dates.

Payment & Deposits
$700 Non-refundable deposit will secure your event date.
50% of balance due 30 days from booking date.
Remaining balance of payment plus 7% sales tax due 30 days prior to event.
Refundable security and cleaning deposit of $250 in the form of a check is required upon arrival. Unused portion will be refunded three tofive days after the wedding. Client is responsible for clean-up of the property to its original state.
We do require that you carry insurance for your event. This may be in the form of an Event Insurance Rider on an existing insurance policy.
Please note that music must be turned down by 9pm and event concluded by 10pm by county ordinance.
Husum HIghlands is a non-smoking establishment.
No dogs on premises.
Cakes & CateringFor local wedding cakes and catering we can refer you to the Columbia Gorge Wedding Guild. Your private catering arrangements are also welcome.
